BWRT changes the way the human brain reacts to situations that cause anxiety.
It can be used as a stand alone technique or adjunct to hypnosis (just not in the same session.)
There are many benefits.....
Quicker than traditional therapy
No reliving painful events
Proving extremely effective worldwide!
Terence Watts explains how BWRT works for anxiety and worry.
Mind the Gap
BWRT works in the gap between the subconscious and conscious part of the mind.
Where the Magic Happens
BWRT works in between the trigger state and the anxiety response
A Preferred Response
BWRT allows the client to choose a preferred response, that feels better.
No two people are the same, therefore results will vary from person to person. And no individual result is typical. Of course the desired outcome is that you can put aside your worries, concerns, anxieties, and live a full life with greater levels of vitality and happiness.
So, how many sessions are needed?
Frequently clients with a very specific issue such as nail biting can be resolved with 1 or 2 sessions. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) may require between 3 - 7 sessions. Sessions are scheduled about a week apart. Results do vary from person to person and depend upon the individual. BWRT is not covered by medical insurance.
