How many BWRT sessions are needed?

Frequently clients with a very specific issue such as nail biting can be resolved with about 2 or 3 sessions. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) may require between 3 - 7 sessions. Sessions are scheduled about a week apart. Results do vary from person to person and depend upon the individual. BWRT® is not covered by medical insurance.
